Create a Production Collection
All locations must belong to a collection. Locations are automatically added to the Default_Collection.
Note: Creating user-defined production collections is optional.
- In the Setup Schedule > Locations > Underground tab, click the Collections tab.
- In the Collections data grid, click Insert.
- Type a Name for the collection.
- Type a Description.
A new row is added to the data grid.
If you look at the 2D Canvas in the Setup Schedule > Locations > Stockpiles tab or the Setup Schedule > Movement tab, the collection is displayed. If you do not want to see the default collection, right-click in the 2D Canvas and clear Show default Collections.
Note: If you want to change the display colour of the collection in the 2D Canvas, in the Setup Schedule > Locations > Stockpiles tab, select the collection, right-click the image for the collection in the Location Properties pane, choose a new colour from the Colour list.
You can now assign locations to the collection.
